Privacy policy

Effective 21 August 2026. AI FLOW collects information you submit through its forms and connected services, including your name, business contact details, customer question, channel connection status, and messages you choose to process through the service.

How information is used

We use submitted information to provide demonstrations, operate AI sales automation, answer support requests, create leads and appointments, protect the service, and improve reliability. AI FLOW does not sell personal information.

Connected services

When you connect a supported provider such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google Calendar, or Stripe, that provider processes data under its own terms. AI FLOW requests only the permissions needed for the features you enable.

Payments and security

Payment details are entered and processed by Stripe and are not stored by AI FLOW. Production customer data is protected with company-level access controls, and provider credentials are kept out of the public browser interface.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing baskinltd@yahoo.com.
